I received ghost update on July 21 as well but no changes in the tracker. My LPP is still in progress. I'm curious now what's that ghost update about.

My test window was July 10 to 30, I took the TEST on July 10. I just logged in to my tracker then navigate the test link there. You just need to input your UCI and application number.

I took the test without the official email invite. After 5 days, my Test was updated from in progress to completed

Can you try to clear your cache and try to login to the test invite to your tracker. Do it in google chrome. And see if it'll allow you to take the test.
