Did they tell you which date they mailed it back ? If they send it out yesterday or today may be it is still sitting in the truck and has not been sorted yet, so the tracker is not activated.

I am not entirely sure since the face size and background is up to their specs. My guess is my face was oily and shiny so the machine automatically reject it. Few people report the same problem in the forum. For the new photos I just made sure to wipe my face very dry and they approved it.

Unfortunately sometime it is slow. My passport delivered April 8th but it took them until May 2nd to tell me I need to resend my photos.
