as for proof of funds they didn't ask for it, though in the application i stated that i have more than 20k of funds, and i have shown emplyment letter with approved leaves. i dont know where is the problem

can+ if they have been to canada or US in the past 10 years or holding a visa for any of these 2 countries , if so then they are eligible for can+ if ircc decides so
