Welcome In terms of logical solution I would suggest to proceed with stamping it for you and your wife. Not sure if they will be even able to understand why you sent them 3 passports all of a sudden. Just inform them using IRCC webform that you expect some major and happy changes in your family.

No worries man. I have been in your shoes. My AOR was also on the 24th of June, just received PPR. So, if your application was not suspended or anything, you are good, just wait until you receive PPR, if there was anything wrong about your application, they would let u know a long time ago.
