Did you contact them via email? I think there is a mixed up somewhere......... I am also in that shoe but have sent them an email. I made a research about it and from my research what I could deduce is that, once In process is showing on your ecas that means someone has gone through the hurdles...

That shows eligibility has been completed. When did they charge your CC? How did you get UCI? That shows they could have sent it to a wrong email address. Contact them pls

It is possible. Someone can get either of the two. Do you have an access to your ecas? It happened to a friend in 2011....

There could an error with their system... Since you could get the status of your application on the phone, that shows you are good to go.

I checked my ecas is showing In process, we received your application on the 10th of May. Please what does it mean? I have a UCI number since I studied and working here in Canada. I don't know whether eligibility has been completed because am yet to receive my PER via email. Am kind of nervous....
