My ECA report was completed on 30th of April.

33 applicants {approx} from this forum of 2174 got charged / PER between last update and this update. The difference between the two on CIC website is 36.

Do you have an access to your ecas?
It happened to a friend in 2011....

Yes it says, IN PROCESS since about 2 weeks ago.

That shows eligibility has been completed. When did they charge your CC?
How did you get UCI?
That shows they could have sent it to a wrong email address.

I think there is a mixed up somewhere.........
I am also in that shoe but have sent them an email.
I made a research about it and from my research what I could deduce is that, once In process is showing on your ecas that means someone has gone through the hurdles of Application received-Eligibility review completed--positive eligibility review-In process

It is still 4th May update. Seems it is never ending day. :'(

I guess there can be 2 cases:
1st case, the CIC cap update only shows the number of applications which hv submitted all the required docs properly(completed appl) and is not the approved appl or charged ones for PR. - this explains why Aerospace has become 0.
CIC site says "Note: Due to the large number of applications we get, we cannot check that each one is complete on the same day it gets to the office."
it doesnt say that the below number of guys have got their PRs.

2nd case might be, the CIC site shows appl who have been charged and approved for PR - this explains why they hv not mentioned the date which will obviously tell us the speed in which they are completing their task

I emailed but no answer yet.
I would be relieved if my PER is completed, now that it shows In Process.
I called and verifed my email address, so they didn't send to wrong address.

The latest CAP update is refreshing specially for late starter ;D.

I filed for 1112 on 28th June; from there, 60 days will be on 28th August. If CIC accept 29 applicants of 1112 between 24th June and 16th July (22 days), at this pace, within 43 days (28th August less 16th July), 57 more applicants will be accepted. So the total tally will be 114 only, far far below the cap.

I am really really excited finding the late starters' hope alive .

great news today with ppl getting charged, especially the ones from 14th of May!! so there is still hope 4 everyone!
Thanks CIC for the update...although it doesn't bring too much light..But still, better than nothing...
I had all day the feeling that PER will arrive today, my husband received 30emails, but none from CIC...Tomorrow will be THE day for sure...
