    Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

Hello Friends, on account home on my cic it says: "Your action is required" But when I go into the application it just shows the biometrics letter and I can see that PA and dependents all have biometrics submitted and all is well. I don't know what action it is referring to. Any ideas? Thank you.

    Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

Do they ask for PCC for everyone? How long do I have to provide PCC once requested? I’m thinking of getting those now since they take a while and translations are slow.

    Sponsored person tuition aid

Hello, Sibling was sponsored through the Parent and Grandparent program and is now a permanent resident. Can this person request university/college tuition assistance (OSAP, grants, fellowships, etc) OR will that be considered social assistance and the sponsor is going to get billed? thanks!

Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

Go right away to Service Canada with all your documentation (the confirmation that IRCC got your work permit application) to get this sorted out. I'm not sure you can continue to use the expired SIN, but they will be able to tell you what to do. Please report back on the forum for the others.

Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

Of course you can get paid. Your SIN should still be active during implied status (a friend of mine was on implied status for more than 5 months, receiving money regularly). They don't really need a work permit, but a valid SIN in order to pay you. You have to explain to them why you don't have...

    Supervisa vs PR

PRs who want to keep their status have to live in Canada and do their taxes in Canada (some will pay taxes in Canada, some will not). Paying taxes on Canada depends on where their money is coming from and the country of origin. If they receive a pension from the home country, they would have to...

    Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

We did both because: 1) If you don't sign electronically, the form won't validate. 2) The guide asks for hand written signature in this form We were a bit short on space though, but after a couple of tries from MIL, it worked.

No, I don’t know if that would meet the minimum income. You have to calculate yourself how much you’ll get from EI + other sources of income (if any).

    4) You cannot support your younger brother older than 21 unless he’s a physical or mental disability and is dependant of your parents. If that’s the case, you’ll have to prove he’s a legit dependant and that he’s not a burden to the health system. You don’t include him in the application if...
