Sometimes you get an agent that is clearly not verse in the immigration rules and yesterday was one such day my dear. The good ones usually email you the advise given.

Its so heart breaking what i hear is going on especially with "fair and honest"!!! I applied under the old pathway and i am praying to God to visit that office. Keep on calling them because to know nothing when its gone pass the timeline you have to keep enquiring what is holding up the process.
