As far as I know, how to send your doc. Varies with different VO. mine officer asked me to mail everything, while some others are okay with E-mail and attachment. So, just follow what you are told...

you can check that Email informing you to do ME. The sender of that message is a CODED officer..someone maybe RK*****? i am just curious about that, and i think you are so lucky having your case in hands of an efficient officer.. ;D
