I am really confused here.am actually sending in my application today without my Tefaq because I will be writing the exams on the 10th April and the result is usually out a month later.Though I didn't claim points for French language in my initial application but was hoping to send the result...

You are supposed to submit only ielts general test result and not the academic.

With this new point system,does it mean that even if one does not have close friends and relatives in manitOba,one can still apply provided you meet the cut off point? Please I néed an urgent response.thanks
