Did you call IRB to ask them about hearing date?

No, case need to be heard again.

If your case was last assessed by RPD then it will return to RPD not RAD. It's a same process held before but with different board member. You need to wait for the next hearing to be scheduled.

They send confirmation by email. I applied in first week of March but haven't received application number yet.

Now IRCC has good reason to delay our PR application with an excuse of Covid-19. I'm afraid that we need to wait longer than expected.

You can get free classes and government will pay for learning French. You can also get a job without knowing french though some employers are very concerned about whether you can speak French or not.
