Islamabad CHC does not accept passport in person. You have to transmit passport either through VFS global or TCS

Send them email (info @ visafile.info) telling them that paypal is not available in Pakistan, they will issue an electronic invoice to pay by credit card. Please remove spaces from above email address

"Decision made" is updated by LVO (primary embassy) meaning that you can expect visa soon but if your visa stamping embassy is Islamabad you can expect your passport be back any time between one month to 40 days as they work on their own pace.

I submitted passports on 12 March to CHC Islamabad via VAC and have not got them back as 30-40 days is average waiting time for PNP category. But FAM/Spouse Sponsorship category is really fast as normally one passport is submitted and people are getting back passport from one week to one month...

NOPE. You are fine even if they are graded C

CIC doctors will review uploaded medical results and if it is passed you will see "Medical results have been received" on ECAS within 10 days of medical (for most of cases)
