For SC, the total fees is 129.40$. Is that correct. Bcoz I got confused with payment mode for postal applications which says to include passport fee+consular fee +BLS fee etc. Is it all covered in that 129.40$ or I am misunderstanding it. PS : I will be paying for pickup and drop separately...

I understand that I will not be getting my Passport back after submitting it for Surrender Certificate. So, do I need to scan every page of it before sending? And, I will be needed to have only 1 photo to be pasted on the application generated on the passport seva site. Is this correct?
