    The notes will shed some light on the reason for the review (PoF, employment letters, intention to leave QC, etc.). If I were you, I'd order the notes. That you way, you can proactively work on more support documents, should you be required to provide them.

    Yes, normally IRCC refunds automatically, but the applicant can withdraw the application and get the refund.

    What a bummer! It's really sad to see when IRCC take 6-7 months to make a negative decision. Gladly, you have more than enough points to get a new ITA at the next draw in two weeks. Good luck!
