I donot have a spouse on file. Just go to any immigration certified medicentre in Edmonton and let them know that you want to go for upfront medical exam. They will do it for you.

I did my upfront medical at Heritage Village Medicentre (111 St & 23 ave NW, Edmonton). Just book an appointment with them and let them know you want to go for upfront medical.
