Yes, it is definitely far too soon to start worrying about this. If you call IRCC they will tell you the same thing - that you are well within normal processing times.

If they need another one then you will be explicitly asked for it.

Yes. For most people this will take over 2 months.

Yours seems particularly excessive. If you look at the online tracker, there are people who applied long after you, whose cases were also transferred to Warsaw, who got their PPR within 5-6 months during 2021. Does your "Updated" date ever change in the new PR tracker?

No online applicants are able to access ECAS. Just the new PR Tracker and GCKEY.
