Oh I can totally relate. There should be a standard process and timeline and not based on processing office. Poor us who are stuck at this so called sydney office. So frustrating!!!

Hi there, The photos need to be exact specifications. You should get them done properly as per requirement for them to be able to process your PR card or else they will keep asking you for the right size of photo. If you have left Canada, you cannot return back to Canada without a PR card...

I would suggest waiting for doing PCC... Depending what home country your parents are in and how long does it take to get PCC processed. Ideally, you will get Medical request and PCC at the same time.
