The citizenship judge is responsible for the questions chosen on the date... probably somebody else does this. And they would know better to choose questions that have one correct answer and avoid precisely these kind. This is what I would do if I were to pick questions...

I would think you just need to add the required documents and re send. The original date would be considered for residency calculation, not the later date. Just add a cover letter along with the missing stuff and send them all together.

The confusion comes from previous option of PIO vs OCI. PIO being a lot cheaper. Now every body needs to go for OCI which is neither a life long visa or anything remotely citizen like, just an expensive headache.
