    Hourly rate isn't a problem, only the hours you worked. As long as you didn't exceed 20 hours, you are fine, no issues.

    You have to either change to visitor status or leave canada and apply from your home country. I don't know why you would want to delay your PGWP application since you get implied status as soon as you apply.

    You don't need to be in Canda to apply for a study permit, and you don't need to have a valid study permit to apply for a PGWP. If you apply with a valid study permit, then you get implied status till a decision is made on your PGWP.

    From what I understood, you are studying a program, but the institution has cancelled the program and you are the last batch right? In that case, you have nothing to worry, there is no effect on PGWP. If you complete the program, then you will get the PGWP.

    Depends upon your individual profile and when you apply. I applied in nov 2018 for the fall 2019 program and got approved in 10 days, but other people have mentioned that their offer letter took longer to come.

    You don't have to mention the university program since you didn't complete it, you will only mention the programs that you want the PGWP against, that would be the diploma only. If they ask you about any previous program that you attended, then you will have to mention it.

    many Canadians do that, we were just having a presentation from two people who started their own app. They had both studied first in York University and then went to Seneca College. However, getting a study permit in that case is a bit difficult, you will have to have a strong SOP.

    I did it myself without consulting anyone in person or offline. I found the process to be very self explanatory, and consultants tend to add their bias towards certain colleges and universities. However that's up to you.
