guys i am totally confused. today my ecas updated to 'in process' it says we started processing your application on nov 17. but on 3rd November they issued me a letter asking for a document and sent back all the proofs.

it means they r working on your application

i have the same situation, they have returned all the proofs of relationships and asked me to submit a detail of a document(UK VISA). i have nt got any good answer.

if i use the file no starts with B then nothing comes up. ??? .but its alright with the F one.

this is for applicants from visa exempt countries. not for us. waiting for any expert's reply.

i included the UK PC, now they want to know under which visa class i was there and whether i applied for UK PR. Is it a good sign? or still long way to go in waiting and suffering, by the way they have returned all the photos and wedding/reception invitation cards.

they returned only photos, phone bills, wedding, reception invitation cards, and other relationship documents. i submitted UK PC with my application. now they want to know the visa status(under which type of visa i had) and whether i applied for PR in UK. i am so tensed man. please pray for me...

if u r from thailand then ask someone from the thai forum, u will get accurate answer.

same for me as well, mine says application received on 20th July, the day we filed our application.

he is right. for me its saying we received your application for permanent residentship on 20th july 2011. actually on that day we filed our application. however very fast process.

sorry mate. but it came out of frustration. they dont even upate the ecas. and we dont know whats going on. refusal rate is 43% and i am sure that not all of them are fraud. refusal after interview means another 2+years for appeal. so all together 4.5 years staying apart. my advice to all...
