It's so frustrating that my mom is not living in Canada but was assigned to CPC-M. I was hoping her case would be assigned to HKVO. Now that CPC-M is almost not working and won't transfer out the cases.

It's so frustrated that CPC-M is almost making zero progress while other CIC processing centres located in other countries are actually working. I've seen people receiving DM2 from Delhi, London and HK offices.

I sent a status inquiry through webform on Monday and surprisingly I received a response with CIC agent. Although he didn’t give me too much useful info at least they seem to function now

TBH I think CPC-M is not processing at all...I'm a May 14th applicant. Because of social assistance check my app didn't catch up with the mainstream. Mom's ME passed in late Jan/early Feb and not stuck in limbo.

Has CPC-M returned to work? My mom received ME early Feb and no more correspondence since then. I was hoping the whole process could be closed in one year but because of this stupid virus it's now like taking forever

Received my ATIP two weeks ago but I didn't check my email... My mom passed her Biometrics in Jan 2020 and ME in Feb 2020. Two months have passed but her Eligibility and Security are still showing Not Started on ATIP report. Guess still a long way to go..

I actually got an email from ATIP on Friday regarding my application submitted on Feb 17.

I guess visa officers are not essential staffs..
