There's some cases where this takes a lot longer, my file for example, took 40 days to be acknowledged and it's been two weeks since it was acknowledged with no additional changes. For what its worth, my medical was passed before acknowledgement, even.

It did, same day actually! I.e. I got the email, logged into the portal and the change was reflected there.
