Apparently, background checks are RCMP but prohibitions is done by CSIS (This is what the IRCC agent on the phone told me)

I am in a similar case background check was completed a on 23 august language and physical presence on 21 August and prohibitions still under process. and no ides why. Office is Niagara falls.

Does anyone have an idea how long it takes for fingerprints to reach IRCC Vancouver. Fingerprints were requested on July 22, gave the fingerprints on 25 July. Language and Physical presence got completed on 21st August. Called IRCC and they say they have not received the fingerprints yet...

The reason I am asking is because I have to work extra to keep meeting the requirement. to be able to submit the EOI. 2 EOI from different 2 children is better than just one as long as IRCC allows it I am happy with it. All I'm confused about is if it is allowed.

The simple question though is can I submit 1 application and my sister submits a second application for the same parents?

Um I was talking to their India team and they said that they will accept applications starting 1 Feb for September intake. i wanted to confirm. are your 100% sure they will already start sending out offer letters from 1 Feb onwards ?

Firstly your nz visa doesn't add any credibility unless you have traveled on it. Also what waa the reason of your rejection to the tourist visa ? Its no use applying for a student visa if the same problem is going to be there with your student visa application.

hey Jeet this is me applying for the college offer letter alone. once i get that i will move on ahead with the rest of my file.
