I think before making the payment (as they did't ask you to pay RPRF) you may write to CIC (not CSE....just General inquiry) on the issue. I believe they will guide you In Shaa Allah. regards SHSajib

Dear Rick Did you send your passport already? Did you include the PPR and annexure C? How did you annexure C....sent seperately or as a part of the PPR email? Did you use VFS? How much cost per passport does VFS charge? Thnks in advance Sajib

Alhamdulillah...by the Grace of Allah, I got PPR today...(55 days after 3rd line updated). Can you guys please help me on WHAT DOCUMENTS SHOULD I SEND WITH PASSPORTS. SGVO only requested for passports only. Keep me in your prayers and wishing you all the best.

Passing 47 days after 3rd line updated and all required documents received by SGVO. Any comments or suggestions???
