Hello Forum Members ,

I need your expertised opinion and suggestion.I applied on 16/05/2013 and received MR on 03/06/2015 (more than 2 yrs !) . During application ,I provided police clearance . For last 1 yr 3 months,I am living in Australia .

Do I need to provide police clearance of both country now ?

Please advise me .

Generally PCC is required if anybody stayed continued any country more than 6 months of time. However not sure for your case either VO sent you the PCC requirement in the MR stage or not.

You said that you already sent PCC, those were for both country's or not. And now you are staying in AUS. It is after sending your application in CIC or stayed in BD more than a year of time then you moved to AUS.

Usually CIC count PCC for 1 year valid (from issuing date) but generally PCC is valid for 6 month. In that case you should submit new PCC if has already expired from your submission of application.

Hope it may guide you some points for your query.

Thanks brother.Actually I left Bangladesh on 16/03/2014. Issue date of latest police clearance is 14/02/2014. I stay in Australia from 16/03/2014 to till date. Can I submit the latest Bangladeshi PCC ( 14/02/2014) along with Australian PCC ?

No that is too old. Please collect a new one.

Ovey Vaia - No need to send if not requested before AOR. The reason you have AOR means your score was valid when they got it.
IELTS should be valid the date of the application. For eligibility review, they will reference your current/old IELTS score.

Anyways, it is not as if you can "get" the score right, you have to give the IELTS to get a score. I dont see a need to give it at this stage.

Seniors - Please pitch in and help Ovey make a decision.

Your IELTS time is locked when the file reached CIC. No need to send another score card and they will not ask for a new one again.
From you previous post, it looks like you applied second time after you rejected for the first submission. It should not be a
problem that they punch your IELTS sheet.

Anybody else esp from Bangladesh applicant ever received PPR and/or any other suggestions/instructions from SGVO by postal mail ?

I prefer not to depend on postal mail since it aint dependable in many cases.

I got a mail by post regarding my Job. They sent it on 22nd January, I got it on 5th February
