Here is my timeline AOR March 19th CEC Inland Applicant MEP/Criminality: Passed Eligibility: Recommend Passed ADR: Dec 2 - to submit a new IMM5669 within 7 days, I saw I made a mistake in the previous one; work dates are overlapping. I will submit on Monday an updated one. Security: Not started yet

The exact update appeared in my account too; later, they asked to submit an updated IMM5669 form within 7 days. Just keep an eye in case CIC sends you an email for ADR or PPR. All the best!

Finally an update after 7 months since I passed Medical. CIC asking IMM5669 form to upload within 7 days. As long as there is an update; I am happy to submit the IMM5669 form ASAP. AOR March 19th, Sydney NS

I also completed 8 months yesterday; we are in the same boat. We cannot do anything except waiting, eligibility "recommend passed" as per GCMS notes since May 2019.

So far almost 38% applicants got stuck at Sydney, NS office since March 2019.
