    Thank you >>>>>>>>> Legalfalcon <<<<<<<<<<<

Thanks for the exhaustive reply with the references @legalfalcon, Great crisp advice!! One clarification regarding PoF & joint accounts: 1. When I said, 'disclaimer', I was thinking signed letter. When you said affidavit, it says to me, some kind of a letter/sworn statement that is...

Would the affidavit be a requirement even if my spouse is mentioned as part of my application as travelling (or intending to travel) together with me?

Hi @legalfalcon Thanks for all the support and insight, this thread seems to be really helpful, but quite long thus haven't been able to read through all of it. I am posting my query, but please forgive me if something similar has already been asked. EE-FSW post ITA (with spouse, accompanying...

    Proof of Funds (Express Entry)

Hi All, EE-FSW post ITA (with spouse, accompanying travel), filling out the eAPR & preparing documents. For proof of funds, by bank has issued me a signed, stamped letter stating the following: My name, Address, Bank account number, account type, Account open date, Current Balance, Average...

    Post ITA - Educational documents

Hi All, Requesting some insights on educational history. 1. When filling out my EE profile (in early May), I had a Master's degree, which was already evaluated to Canadian Masters equivalent by WES. I had not entered my Bachelors there. Would I then be required to put in my bachelors...

    how to submit updated profile

Query about Indian PCC from Indian Embassy USA

You would need a PCC from every country where you have spent 6 months. And the 6 mounths is counted cumulatively, e.g. if you spent 2 months in singapore in 2008, another 2 months in 2009 and another 2 months in 2015, then that totals to 6 months and thus you would need a PCC.

    how to submit updated profile

Goto the View Submitted Application page once more, this is the page from where you navigate to all the sub-forms to edit them. Scroll to the bottom, and you might see a 'Continue' button. That continue button takes you to a sign/acknowledge page. Once you are done signing, the updates are...

Post ITA, Question regarding ID documents summary and travel history

All, Had some doubts regarding ID docs and summary. 1. Is it true that in your EE profile before getting an ITA, you would only need to mention your latest active passport and none of the expired passports? Can expired passport details be entered in post ITA forms? 2. If spouses travel...

Query about Indian PCC from Indian Embassy USA

Might be, but judging by their process and how mechanical they were about the whole thing in Chicago, I suspect the turn around would be same for Indian issued PPs as well... All the best.

Query about Indian PCC from Indian Embassy USA

Also, if you are applying in person, just take the originals along with the copies even if notary does not notarize PP/DL copies. I bungled up and forgot my DL copy, but the consulate officials made one for me and accepted it. :P

Query about Indian PCC from Indian Embassy USA

In both our cases, we had to get those renewed while here in US, thus both issued here in Chicago Consulate itself.

Query about Indian PCC from Indian Embassy USA

Hi karthik2479, Based on my personal experience getting the Indian PCC from an Indian Consulate in the US, generally, if you have a passport that is valid, they do not require any other Indian Address proof. It was a pretty short affair for us when me and my spouse got ours from Chicago, in...

@siennabuns ... I think ITA will reflect in your EE profile anytime within the next 24 hours. I am myself @470CRS without an ITA yet. I am not 100% certain of what @kunalwalia mentioned, but I have heard of people getting ITA almost after 20 hours as well...

    Application falsely denied

AOR would stand for Acknowledgement of Receipt, thus the date that you fully submitted your app adn IRCC acknowledged that they recieved the application. I think you may still try to raise a CSE attaching a scanned copy of the PCC document itself explaining that this is a miss on your part and...

As @21Goose mentioned, posting the text of the denial may help more experienced members comment on the next best course of action. Did you check all of the required details: If your EE profile mentioned your spouse is accompanying you, then his/her PCC must also be present PCC must be scanned...
