No ITA yet!!
I just called up CIC customer care.. The lady said "It may DAYS" to receive an ITA due to high volume of ITA to be generated.

I was unable to get all my documents in order. Was too slow to get moving. This time I will meet the 3 month deadline.

What is this "last name starts with" nonsense? If CRS>= 415 then "ITA" else "Try next time". Simple.
These are the steps I am following:
1. Getting employer certificates in order (all collected except from my first job 10+ years ago!)
2. Getting PCC's in order (Collected from all countries).
3. Taking a bank account statement - this is simple.
4. Getting medical done - will book an appointment for next month (Visa will be valid for 1 year from the date of medical).
That's it I suppose.

Arre sardar ji ..... koi bhi paas key nursing home sey medical karwa leyna. But it should be CIC certified!
