The 50 points can be acquired if your close relative sponsor lives outside Winnipeg.That is the only way I know based on what I've read. ::)

HARISHVALLABH0607, no one can really say. As mentioned, there are a lot of people filing EOI's in between the draws with higher EOI points than those who have submitted their EOI's earlier. So the lowest ranking points decreased just a bit.

based on the points - seems like those whose close relative sponsors are living outside of Winnipeg are being invited. 50 points kasi sila additional. Which is really a big difference. If your close relative is in Winnipeg, the highest score you could get is only 575, with highest CLB IELTS...

Hi cenon2 - i think MPNP will not have only 15 draws looking at its frequency now, 3 draws already since May 20. We can expect more than 15 draws :)
