hi ninamarga.. no need to create an EE profile before filling up an EOI. Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once you have submitted an EOI. Then wait for a LAA (or an invitation to apply). I suggest that you go through the MPNP website as well to help you answer queries that you may have.

Yes, Pinoyhopeful. No draws last week. I was expecting last Friday. Baka naman nirereview muna nila ang mga EOI's na nasa pool ngayon to make sure yung mga mali ang sagot sa French language proficiency and licensed profession hindi na makareceive ng LAA on the next draw :D
