Do you mean PCC (police clearance cert) or PPR (passport request) ?

Guidance about PCC: My dad spent 2 to 4 months each in Canada and UK since 2012. 1. Do i need PCC from Pakistan only or from all countries? 2. In Pakistan if he lived in different cities, do I need just one PCC or separate PCCs from different cities.

Out of curiosity, has anybody from Pakistan in the 2nd round invitees, seen any movement? My dad's application still says DM on Sponsorship and " Application Received" on Applicant status in ECAS. My CIC hasnt moved either for months....
