    Completing Questions (After ITA)

Thanks. Another question. I was working in NoC C category for 1 year and I had not mentioned that in my original application as it wouldn't have fetched me any points. But now in this form that I am filling it is asking me all the history of my activities. If I include that NoC C category...

Ray of Hope - 137th Draw

Tie breaking rule only applies for that particular score. The original post that I replied to you was for the person who had more than 470 but created the profile yesterday. SO for her/him tie breaking does not matter and hence he/she got the ITA even though they created the profile yesterday only.

Ray of Hope - 137th Draw

Because you missed out on tie breaking rule. Had you created your profile before Jan 13th then you would have got an invite or if your score was more than 470 then irrespective of when you created the profile, you would have got the ITA. Don't lose hope, you will get ITA in the next draw or...

Not true. As long as your profile goes into pool you will get an ITA if you have the score. If you create the profile after the draw then no you will not get it.

Do we need a background check for Canada too. I thought if you were applying in CEC and have been residing in Canada, you need not do a police check. Could you please clarify?

Ray of Hope - 137th Draw

I understand your frustration. I have been here in Canada for 6 years, completed my Masters and now have 1 year experience in A category job but was working for almost 1 and a half year in C category so was not eligible. But we should not lose hope. I hope everything goes smoothly for you.
