We addressed the concerns by taking the GCMS for the previous applications and fixed them but again they rejected the case. This is the reason we sent it to court.

We do not want to touch the application (Mandamus) as we think the immigration office is waiting for any excuse to reject as much as they can. If we had the refusal letter then we would send the case for Judicial review. but we do not have any update on application status yet.
