Thanks a lot for this update..this puts things into perspective! if a 28th Dec. applicant got his NA on May 24th (AOR to NA in 5 months!) then me as a 12th Feb applicant should expect that NA around mid July rather than just one month after medicals passed.

Something interesting to notice from the PNP inland tracker that no applicant seems to have got status changed from IP1 to NA during the month of May although there is always the possibility the applicants did not update this tracker or some applicants get the medicals passed and never go...

IELTS is valid no need to do that it only needs to be valid on the day you get AOR

My BG is still In progress as well it did not turn to NA its been 32 days since medicals passed on April 24th and BG to IP and they have not asked for an RCMP or add docs.

what records are they referring to? Did you put the mailing address in Calgary during filing your application? It is very normal what they requested by the way considering you did not add an Ontario mailing address in your application.
