I think your VO was Ottawa as SA didnt mention VO. And generally Ottawa does not send AOR2 email. Can you please check at your ECAS status and share, when they started processing your application? that would be considered AOR2 . On PA side there should be 2nd line where you find this detail.

Just give u hope, they are issuing AOR to April 2021 applicants according to tracker. So apply ASAP you could get AOR by next month.

Don't worry sometimes call center agents don't know what they are saying!! Does your new address reflects on ECAS? If yes then nothing to worry as you are already in canada they won't give you PPR it will be direct CoPR aftre virtual landing.

Usually they won't return file for PR card photo that doesn't meet their requirements. However, they may ask PR card photo at the end of the process. If you want to be at safe side you can send photo to Sydney with temp file number if you have one.

For those who have mentioned AOR2 date in their timeline, May I ask does Ottawa send you an email for AOR2 or this date is just when ECAS says "we started processing your application" under PA's side ?
