Thats a good one. If your nomination is restricted to your current employer than for sure No, otherwise Yes, but then it should be in the same NOC. Again if you have claimed 50 points for arranged employment than I would suggest you to wait till you get COPR, because some people here believe...

Dont worry you are not alone. I have same status as yours and file is untouched since August 8. AOR 16 June. Most of PNP files are handled by Sydney VO and that is the worst office as they dont care about time line, have the most backlog, still working on 30% capacity and enjoying work from home...

Sydney, Nova Scotia Visa Office - Let's connect here!

No idea what to do with this Sydney VO, they are still working on their 30% capacity when everything else is back to normal. Strange, I have seen a PNP candidate with Oct 2020 AOR from this office who got everything passed and waiting for final decision:mad:

    COPR this week?

We can say this because the situation you are in, we are hanging here for more than 5 months with files untouched. In this forum we hardly see 2-3 files get approved from that office in a month. We have people from Feb, Mar 2020 who are still at criminality in process and security not started...

    COPR this week?

hahaha dont worry no body is gonna punish u and the consent form is just to get your permission that MP office can inquire about your file on your behalf, there is nothing serious. Even i did that thru my MP but unfortunately IRCC do not care about anyone and give the same reply to your MP also...

    COPR this week?

You can definitely trust who u want to, thats why I said in 90% not 100% cause every case is different. But anyways please update us what U get at last an Extension or remedical, all the best.

    COPR this week?

May be that agent was fresher. Dont go for upfront medical because in 90% case if you are inland they will extend it unless you have something serious. Same thing happened with me but after 1.5 month it got extended and shows pass again.
