Hope this is the right place to post this; has anyone's guarantor recieved a callback from the passport office? Mine called the office just over a week ago but is yet to recieve a callback. What is another alternative option to get my guarantor to verify to the passport office?

I'm worried because I applied in February and yet to recieve my passport up till now. I actually had to call into the passport office (After being on hold for 2 HOURS!) to that that piece of information from them. That's why I thought to ask if it's the standard procedure for passport...

Oh? Mine doesn't really give any office address. The email that sent me my test link and additional documents request was : DNCITSRYTESTS@cic.gc.ca I don't know if you can tell which office sent the emails from that.

My ECAS says decision made (doesn't say what the decision is) but my application tracker says my application is still in progress. It's been like this for a month now. Is this normal or is there a cause for concern?

Thanks! It's weird because I barely travelled during my eligibility period ( I've literally only travelled once in 2018 where I stayed for a month and I have the record on my previous passport). Hopefully it won't be such a big deal cos I'm ready to celebrate passing my test lol

Is that part of the process? Also, I renewed my passport during my eligibility period. Do I also have to scan all pages of the old passport too? Thanks guys/gals
