It's confirmed that first 150 total eligible applications, regardless of occupation, will be nominated on a first come first serve basis.

I can see that most of those who applied in Nov., got rejections for these same reasons. May be they have reached their yearly visa cap and will start issuing next year. Those who were at the medical stage will get their visas for remainder of the year.

What was the reason of refusal and how did you covered it second time?
