Cost is 5750x3. Quebec where it is mentioned that degree also needs to be certified. That is the very document which is being source verified and ECA issued against it?

Dear Lemon,
tx for starting a thread for only doctors.

could you pl write in details on ECA process for Bangladeshi doctors.
i really confused also it will help other

tx and regards

Anyone can do ECA through physiciansapply.ca. You need to open account there and pay your fee online. Anyway, I've done this through an agency named S.A.Associates Canada INC. (in Bangladesh). Some other agencies also doing this. So, you may contact with them personally. Otherwise, you can do it by yourself. Regards

They took me 20CAD for each page attestation and 50CAD for Identity Certification.

ECA is valid for 5 years. Therefore, you have to do it again.

Is the Salary Slip (pay stubs) mandatory? And, what about work contract? In my native country, employers are not giving work contract sometimes.

I want to inform you all that by end of MAY 2014, Canadian Embassy will stop their attestation/notarizing service in all countries across the world.

This is not a rumor , but authentic information, informed to me by visa counselor officer in Canadian embassy UAE.

So anyone want to get his attestation for immigration process or for MCC, get attestation quickly before end of May 2014.

Anybody from Pakistan who has gone through the ECA progress from MCC? Please share your experience and real time it took? Thanks

Hello friends

I am a bit confused about the ECA for doctors as I plan to apply for Specialst Category NOC 3111. I understand that my Primary Medical Degree (MBBS) will be given ECA through Medical Council of Canada but what about my Specialty Diploma? MCC website states that they are designated by Govt of Canada to give ECA for Primary Medical Qualification. However the CIC website states that all applicants under Family Physician and Specialist Physician must apply for ECA of their qualifications with the MCC. Am really confused what to do. I have e-mailed both MCC and CIC but so far there is no response from them. This is delaying my application. Any advice or knowledge in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
