Hello guys, I am in Canada and want to apply for GCMS notes. Can anyone guide how can I apply? Which option do I need to check (Privacy act or access to information act)? I applied for GCMS notes before on June 18, 2013 and didn't get any response so thinking that I might have made a mistake...

I am sending them my medical receipts. I shall also ask the secretary to send it again.

I received email from CIO Sydney mentioning that they will transfer my application to VO which is CPP-O. After 5 days I received my medicals call which I assume is an indication of the above statement. Please guide if this assumption is right?

I paid my RPRF with application. My status id still ''application received'' but, I called CIC and they confirmed that they have received my medical results and will be informed formally by VO.

Called at their number and left voice message but, no response from ATIP so far. :(
