Hi here is my timeline:

App. received by sydney: 28 Feb 2013
Med Req: 18 April 2013
Med Done: May 8
Ecas update: Med received on may 31st
PRRF request: June 18
PRRF paid: June 26th

Anyone have an idea when my ecas should be 'in process', it is still app received

my time line is very close to yours and I also have my ecas status as ''application received''. I applied for GCMS notes on June 18, 2013 but no response so far.

I paid my RPRF with application. My status id still ''application received'' but, I called CIC and they confirmed that they have received my medical results and will be informed formally by VO.

I got an email (after 1 month) today from Sydney mentioning that they have not yet received my electronic medicals. CIC representative told they have received medical results. really confused

My file has been transferred to Ottawa and email I received is from Sydney. Why is it so? Can anyone help?

make sure with your medical doctor whether they have send the report . or I will advice you to show this email so that they can resend it. how you know that your file is in ottawa?

weird...send them the scan of your medical receipt. call your doctor's secretary to make sure they had indeed sent out the results.

I received email from CIO Sydney mentioning that they will transfer my application to VO which is CPP-O. After 5 days I received my medicals call which I assume is an indication of the above statement. Please guide if this assumption is right?

I am sending them my medical receipts. I shall also ask the secretary to send it again.

Hi Guys and Gals, my status just changed to "Decision Made"!

So it took just over a month after the status went to "In Process" for it to change to "Decision Made". Hopefully there will also be good news for people whose status' have recently changed to "In Process".
