@joelis you also have option to ask CBSA to hold the deportation order because of ongoing spousal application. It is not 100% guaranteed but you have a chance. Find a good lawyer and ask for help.

Best course of action is apply and see if US consulate issues a visa. I personally know people who got US visa to their RTD and also I personally know people who got rejected US visa on their RTD.

Hello @Saif_alaqbi, I believe the programme you have applied is Privately sponsored refugees. According to current processing timeline it may take up to 20 months. So it is too early to start worry. You can check the processing times from here...

Visa requirements changes according to countries. I know following countries do not require visa for Canadian RTD: Germany Italy Albania Kosova On the other hand; getting into Schengen zone from Germany will let you travel all in Europe. But I am not sure if there is any travel restrictions...
