I don't know, unfortunately. I was never informed, and when I sent a webform asking I just got a generic reply "rest assured your application is in process." Judging by the speed and the fact that I'm a US citizen, maybe Ottawa?

The application is still considered outland even if she comes to Canada as a visitor. Yes, she can travel to Canada on her TRV while waiting for PR. But, since I see the PA is from India (based on your signature), she is going to have to wait until the ban on flights from India is lifted...

Do you have any receipt from your visit to the panel physician? I would recommend sending that via webform and asking for confirmation it has been received.

I'd recommend sending a webform. My sponsor approval was approved the day after AOR, but I didn't find out until 3 weeks later because the letter was sent by regular mail. It's possible you have received SA but your letter was lost in the mail.
