You should mention about old withdrawn application. I think no harm even you have represented wrong information previously. Things keep on changing in life and so is in your case. Best of Luck.

Come out with correct information this time. False information can give troubleany time even after you immigrate. Dont bother whether you get immigration this time or not. But give the accurate information as near as possible.

Today there was some news that Minister has conveyed to visa officers to keep processing old cases till the new policy is passed by parliament of canada. i donot know whether it is again another trick of minister to keep the old applicants in dark or some other reason. we have to wait and watch.
