    @jigzyy what does it mean if we receive BVL with upfront medical but the medical is not updated in GCKey, does it mean refusal is coming? I have received BVL today but medical not updated.

    For a non-SDS application, it's very quick. I haven't got the BVL its been 4 weeks today.

    Give them a nudge by sending a webform giving reference to GCMS notes if it's advisable by the experts. Just an idea. A lady on this forum sent webform and received updates the following week.

    I think when someone is working on the profile, we can't access it. I am able to access it now, the status kept changing between submitted to profile updated. Now its back to submitted and accessible.
