Yes even myself same status when I called ircc they aaid security not started and criminality , background in progress, eligibility passed, my aor is on 13 apr and did complete biometrics on 4 nov

Just received the call on my Spouse mobile, appointment booked for Me and my Spouse on 4th Nov at sheppard and younge SC center

AOR: Apr 13 BIl - Jun 8 Region: North York Postal Code 1st three letters: M2J Still waiting for SC call

But the same north York region ppl who are of AOR in may 2020 received call for biometrics

You are earlier AOR to me, some of the people in FEB to May 2020 are waiting and Jun, Jul are getting still, initially IRCC said the calls will be based on AOR date but SC calls might be falling under different criteria
