You can call the general inquiry line at 1 800 959 8281 and ask them to send you an option C printout of your last tax year being 2009.

Unfortunately it is illegal to send a passport through courier to India. No Courier will take it. You will have to have someone going to India hand deliver it with authorization.

Then he has no goods to follow and nothing to declare! My boyfriend will be the exact same. He's been here for over 2 years already and has bought most of what he has here. He'll get his visa in Buffalo and land with just me in tow :P

Our inland applicaiton was withdrawn 2 months ago today and it says its still processing? We've now submitted an outland app and I wonder if I'll be able to check on the new application or will it change :P

The application you are to use: I http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM1249E.PDF It doesn't say open work permit, you check the box for initial work permit. Some people choose to write open work permit across the top :) Hope this helps!

JMA if you've filed taxes in Canada in the last year you need to include the option C. You need to call the CRA and request it. It is a more detailed version of your notice of assessment and you need to include it in your application or have a reason for not (been working abroad ect.) Or you...
