Hello I received my second AOR from Buffalo in 2 weeks by snail mail... however i cannot view my progress online at ECAS... i've tried everything but it won't work... Now what...??? Beckster

iarblue thank you for your feedback... I have been through this process myself... from being on a visitor status and apply for an unskilled job... so I know that you can get a workpermit / visa... my only concern is that my mum's visit visa / visitor status is now rejected... so I don't know...

iarblue yes but she was refused a work permit and when u apply for a work permit from outside the country they put a visit visa in your passport also... so inevitably she had a visa refused right??

Vermas Maybe they are just checking on your documents... i'm surprised I got my AOR in 2 weeks... what category did you apply under FSW 1, 2 or 3?

Hey guys So I just received a letter in the mail (snail mail) from Buffalo... they have given me my new file number and mentioned that now they will be considering my application and if I am eligible then they will process it. So how likely is it to get rejected now?
