Same case here, remember CIC can not eliminate our files till court decision come out. either you are litigant or not, do not worry and wait for the out come of hearing. Lets do whatevery CIC wants to it will has no effect if ruling will come in our favor.

For two reasons I have no choice but to wait for this outcome even in 2030. My occupation is not in the positive list any more. And age points willl be less (that can be no big issue but the first one is bigger).

Till now no updates from any lawyer, except Mr. Mario Bellissimo. Just waiting for his another updates soon for second day of the hearing.

They have recently srat doing it so, wait for couple of days and see what happen may be they are about to change your status and your turn will come. I do not think it is because of litigation applications only.

I can see very clearly a panic within CIC staff, (they even themselfs do not know what and how to treat our files) just wait couple of days and we will see by ourselfs. Good luck to all.

Dear Tuyen: This is what I am doing and I will do till Supreme Court of Canada ruled it "okay" then I would have no right. Trust me. I have faith in all countries courts and I accept their decision very happly.

My Status in Dec was "IN Process" and in Jan become "DM" and now it is blank (shows nothing). I am Litigant and no doc. updates or any progress in my case since 2005.

Before it was "In Process" and in Jan it change to "DM" now nothing ...., whats was yours, please check yours now let me know.
