Happiness cannot be judge only through poorness or richness, it has several other factors from my point of view it is from peace and satisfaction within your ownself.

Agree with you both. Just to add a little that there is a difference in developing and developed countries hiring, where the later take little or no risk in hiring fresh candidates on senior or exectuive posts due to financial or economic growth and fair competition.

Sorry, I mean some (or very few) of the 2006 and 2007 applicants not all.

I have seen from the posts that CIC not follow the rule of FCF even within pre-2008 applicants, thats the reason like mine for example did not got the doc. updates request whereas applicants of 2006-7 got that reqeust. Anyone can comments/share on this please.

Very true, I also cited somewhere that "immigrant vote is becoming a major factor in Canadian politics" thats the reason Immigration policies are main battle field and focus of "Conservatives".
